Sanra Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of the Directors of the company will not be considering the Un-Audited Results for the 4th Quarter ended March 31, 2008 instead the Board will consider adopt and publish the Audited Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 within three months from the end of the Financial Year i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.
