Sanra Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

- Shifting of Registered Office, from the present address i.e. BCO, Whispering Heights, No. 132, St Mary’s Road, Alwarpet, Chennai - 600 018 to Flat No. 1 A, Eden Dale Apartments, New No. 7 (Old No. 6) , Bishop Wallers Avenue (East), CIT Colony, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 094.

The Board also decided to change name of the Company from the present name Viz., “SANRA SOFTWARE LTD” to “SANRAA MEDIA LTD” subject to availability of name and approval of the shareholders and statutory authorities.
