Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the ongoing expansions envisaged by the Company it was felt necessary to re-constitute the Board of the Company and accordingly in this regard the following persons were appointed as Additional (independent) Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 01, 2008.

1. Shri K S Chouhan (Retd. IAS, MP Cadre)

2. Shri H K Verma (Retd. IFS)

3. Shri S K Jain (Retd. Addl. Comm., Commercial tax Department of M.P.)

further the Company has informed that the following directors had expressed their intention to resign from the Board of the Company, which was been accepted by the Board. Accordingly, these directors have ceased to be the Directors on the Board of the Company with effect from March 01, 2008.

2. Shri Rajendra Agrawal.

3. Shri Keshav Premy.
