Sathavahana Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 and for considering recommendation of payment of dividend on Equity shares for the financial year 2007-08.
