Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company allotted 36,684 equity shares through circular resolution on March 25, 2008, approved on March 26, 2008 under stock option plans of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 670,386,135 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,340,772,270.00 to 670,422,819 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,340,845,638.00.
