Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company allotted 5,80,058 equity shares through circular resolution on June 03, 2008, approved on June 04, 2008 under stock option plans of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 671,372,441 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,342,744,882.00 to 671,952,499 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,343,904,998.00.
