Satyam Computer - Conversion of Stock Options
Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company allotted 51,726 equity shares through circular resolution on February 21, 2008, approved on February 22, 2008 under stock option plans of the Company.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 670,038,890 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,340,077,780.00 to 670,090,616 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,340,181,232.00.
