Sayaji Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2008, has approved to invest Rs 20.00 crores in the wholly owned subsidiary Company to promote and develop 175 room mid segment budget hotel at Indore.

The 175 room Hotel will be operational from 2010 and will be developed and operated under the wholly owned Subsidiary Company named as “MALWA HOSPITALITY PVT LTD”.
