SBEC Systems India Ltd has informed BSE that followings changes has been made in the directorship of the Company.

1. Mr. Shiv Shanker Agarwal has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from January 22, 2008.

2. Ms. Meghna Modi has resigned from the office of Directorship of the Company w.e.f. January 25, 2008.

3. Mr. Sarat Jain has resigned from the office of Directorship of the Company w.e.f. January 29, 2008.
