State Bank of India (SBI) has informed BSE that the 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Bank will be held on June 11, 2008, inter alia, for transacting the following business:

“To receive the Central Board’s Report, the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account of the Bank made up to the March 31, 2008 and the Auditors’ Report on the Balance Sheet and Accounts”.
