Scanpoint Graphics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2008, inter alia, has accorded to conduct a Postal Ballot to seek the approval of the Members of the Company by a Special Resolution for alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
