Scooters India Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Order dated March 26, 2008 issued by Govt. of India, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Deptt. of Heavy Industry, Shri. Ajai Kumar has joined as Chairman cum-Managing Director on the Board of the Company on April 23, 2008 in place of Shri. P Muthusamy, who was holding the additional charge of Chairman-cum Managing Director since April 13, 2007.
