Seahorse Hospitals - Updates on Open Offer
Religare Capital Markets Ltd (”Manager to the Offer”) for & on behalf of Sri Kavery Medical Care (Trichy) Pvt Ltd (”Acquirer”) has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the equity shareholders of Seahorse Hospitals Ltd (”Target Company”), which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement (”PA”) dated February 12, 2008, pursuant to & in compliance with Regulations 10 & Regulations 12 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto (”SEBI (SAST) Regulations”). The terms used but not defined in this Announcement shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the PA.
