Secunderabad Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 29, 2008, has unanimously approved and passed the necessary resolutions for allotment of:

1. 2,00,000 Warrants to the persons other than Promoters @ Rs 100.

2. 1,75,000 Warrants to Promoters of the Company @ Rs 100.
