The Company has by Postal Ballot has transacted and approved as per the requisite majority under the COmpanies Act, 1956 the following items of business:
1. Alteration of Object Clause as per Notice of Postal Ballot.
2. Change of name of Company to “SCIL VENTURES LTD”.
