Serve All Enterprise Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2008, has transacted the following:

1. Mr. Ram Kancharla, and / or Mr.Venkata Deverlapalli, Directors of the Company have been authorized to enter into Business Purchase Agreement with Computech Enterprise Solutions Pvt Ltd.

2. Mr. Ram Kancharla, and / or Mr. Venkata Deverlapalli, Directors of the Company have been authorized to enter into Business Purchase Agreement with Decatrend Technologies Pvt Ltd.

3. Mr. Ram Kancharla, and / or Mr. Venkata Deverlapalli, Directors of the Company have been authorized to Sign and execute the Share Purchase Agreement with CES Pvt Ltd for purchase of Shares of CES-USA.

4. The Board has accorded its consent to extend the current Financial Year up to June 30, 2008.
