Shakti Press procures exports orders worth USD 2.5 M
Shakti Press Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has procured export order worth USD 2.5 M to be executed over period of next 3 quarters.
The Company has bagged PVC Jacket Exercise Note Book contract from LLOYN Trading Co, Muscat, in value terms to the tune of USD 1.5 M. The Trail Order is currently being executed by the Company.
Also the Company has procured a contract from Madagascar for 8 containers for French Ruled Note Books. In value terms the order is to the tune of USD 1 M.
Commenting on the above, Mr. Raghav Sharma, Managing Director of the Company stated that, these orders showcases the quality standards adhered by the Company in meeting the international standards of export requirements. Adding further he mentioned that the year ending March 31, 2008 proved to be a turnaround year for the Company interms of financial performance with the increased inflow of export orders. With the new order book building up further in 2008-09, the Company is all poised to continue with its turnaround performance.
