Sheetal Bio Agro Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve, by way of Postal Ballot, the resolution authorising the Board to delist the Company’s Equity Shares from “The Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd”.

The Company has appointed Mr. B G Pandya, Practising Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in fair and transparent manner.

The Postal Ballot form duly completed in all respect should return so as to reach the Scrutinizers on or before the close of the working hours on April 25, 2008. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the Scrutiny and the result of the Voting by Postal Ballot will be announced on April 26, 2008.
