Sheetal Bio Agro Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2008, has decided to convene an Extra ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on March 10, 2008 to seek the approval of the members to issue of further equity shares on preferential basis, and consequential increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company.
