Shilchar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on April 29, 2008, inter alia, have accorded the following:

- Shri. Ashesh J Shah, a Technical and Non-Executive Director of the Company who possesses the requisite qualifications for practice of the profession, be continued with the payment of remuneration and facilities towards his professional services being rendered to the Company as Consultant- Marketing & Administration, w.e.f. January 01, 2008, subject to necessary terms and conditions.
