Shiv Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to resolution passed at their meeting held on April 28, 2008 to give Last and Final notice to shareholders for payment of amount due on their shares, at their meeting held on May 21, 2008 approved the notice for the same to be sent to such shareholders.
