Shiva Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To approve un-audited Quarterly Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

2. Review of Expansion Project.

3. Conversion of 25 Lakhs Equity Share Warrants issued to Santosh Gupta.

4. Appointment of Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2008-09.

5. Approval of Annual Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
