Shiva Fertilizers - Board Meeting on Mar 26, 2008
Shiva Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 26, 2008, inter alia, to approve the Draft Notice for Extra ordinary General Meeting for alteration of Main Object Clause so as to include the additional objects.
As the Company could not comply the procedure of filling the calendar of event with R.O.C. in stipulated time as per the provision of Company Act, 1956, hence the outcome of E.G.M proceeding dated March 07, 2008 has been void. Hence the Board has decided to call fresh Extra Ordinary General Meeting as above.
