Shiva Fertilizers - Outcome of Board Meeting
Shiva Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2008, has approved the following:
1. Approved the draft notice for Postal Ballot for inclusion of additional objects in its Main Objects Clause by altering Memorandum of Association.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Shailendra R Tiwari, Practicing Company Secretary as scrutinizer for Postal Ballot.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Maliwal, Director and Mr. Narayanlal Kalantri, Director as the person responsible for completion of the Postal Ballot Process.
4. Approved the Calendar of Events for initiating and completion of the Postal Ballot process and other requirement for alteration of Object Clause of Memorandum of Association.
