Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on June 24, 2008 has been postponed due to non-availability of the Chairman and the two other members of the Audit Committee, hence, the meeting is postponed and scheduled to be held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, to consider the followings:

1. To Adopt Audited Financial Result for the 4th quarter ended on March 31, 2008 and for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To Adopt and approve the Balance sheet for the year ended March 31, 2008 together with Profit and loss Account as at that date of the Company & Report of Directors.

3. To recommend dividend.
