Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn - Board Meeting on Mar 31, 2008
Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following matters:
1. To re-consider the cost of expansion of Terry Towel Project & Power Plant Project of 12 mw.
2. To re-consider the means of financing including raising of equity by way of QIP / PE / PP (Private Placement) FCCB, GDR, ADR etc. in view of the unexpected turbulence in Capital Market.
3. To consider the project of “Smart Textiles” with the use of “Nano-Technology.”
