Shyam Software Industries Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order made on the February 06, 2008, the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on March 15, 2008 for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Arrangement, in the nature of Amalgamation of Majesty Agro Foods Pvt Ltd with Shyam Software Industries Ltd (Applicant Company) and Reconstruction of Capital of Shyam Software Industries Ltd, as proposed between the Applicant Company and its Equity Shareholders.
