S.Kumars Nationwide Ltd (SKNL) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has passed a Circular Resolution on March 24, 2008, and fixed May 02, 2008 as the Record Date, to determine the shareholders of SKNL who will be entitled to shares in Brandhouse Retails Ltd (BHRL), in the ratio of one share for every five shares held in SKNL. This is pursuant to the scheme of demerger approved earlier by the Hon. High Court of Judicature at Bombay and filed with ROC on March 03, 2008.
