Solectron EMS India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 12, 2008, to consider the following matters:

1. To approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year 2007-08.

2. To consider the recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2007-08, if any.
