Solid Stone Company Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, separate meeting of the Equity Shareholders & Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on April 11, 2008 for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation between Granitexx Stones & Mosaics Pvt Ltd (”Transferor Company”) and Solid Stone Company Ltd and their respective shareholders and creditors (”the Applicant Company”).
