Soma Textiles Board to consider dividend
Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider and approve the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008, the Profit & Loss Account and the Cash Flow Statement for the year ended on that date along with Consolidated Audited Annual Statements of Account.
2. To consider and approve Recommendation of Dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2008.
3. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2008.
