South Indian Bank Ltd has informed BSE that since the Audited annual results of the Bank for the year 2007-08, will be published on April 18, 2008, i.e. within the stipulated period of 3 months from the end of the financial year, the Un-audited results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2008, will not be published.
