Southern Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2008, inter alia, has passed the resolution to extend the time of exercising the option by warrant holders by three months from 6th March to 6th June subject however to the approval of the Stock Exchanges concerned.
