Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a payment of dividend for the financial year 2007-08 @ of Rs 2.00 (20%) per Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
