Spanco Telesystems - Result of Postal Ballot
Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Members of the Company, by way of postal ballot, have approved the Ordinary resolution relating to transfer / sale of the Company’s Respondez division and Domestic call center operations (”DCC division”) to its indirect Wholly Owned Subsidiaries (’WOS’) i.e. Spanco Respondez Services (International) Pvt Ltd, and Spanco BPO Services Ltd respectively at such consideration not lower than the net book value of the divisions.
