Spice Communications clarifies on News Item
With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled “Modis dial Estilat, AT&T for Spice Tele”, Spice Communications Ltd has clarified to BSE the article published on May 28, 2008 is not attributable to the Company. The article basically relates to some disinvestment decision by one / two of the shareholder(s) of the Company which the Company is not aware of. The Company undertake to keep the Exchange completely informed of any proposal if intimated / received by the Company from any of the shareholder(s) for the Board’s consideration.
