SRF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2008, inter alia, has approved the following capital expenditure proposals:

1. Enhancement of Greige Fabric capacity at Technical Textiles Business (Manali) at a cost of Rs 38.66 crores.

2. Implementation of the Second Phase of the Captive Power Plant at Bhiwadi at a cost of Rs 26 crores.
