Srinivasa Shipping & Property Development Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the draft Postal Ballot notice containing the following Special Resolutions:

1. Change of Name of the Company from “Srinivasa Shipping and Property Development Ltd” to “SSPDL Ltd” subject to necessary approvals from the shareholders and Registrar of Companies.

2. Alteration of the Objects Clause of the Company.
