SSI Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras dated February 14, 2008, a Meeting of the shareholders was held on March 15, 2008 to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation between M/s PVP Ventures Pvt Ltd and SSI Ltd (”the Company”).

The Scheme was approved by the Shareholders with the requisite majority. The Company would now file the Petition before the Hon’ble Court for its approval / sanction of the Scheme.
