Star Leasing Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008, instead of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2008.
Hence there would be no Board Meeting for considering and approving the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
