State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2008, inter alia, has declared dividend of Rs 100/- per share (Face value of Rs 100/-) for the year ended March 31, 2008 (last year interim dividend and final dividend of Rs 50/- each, total Rs 100/- per share).
