State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur has informed BSE that Shri. U M Sanghi, Director nominated by the Central Government under Clause (cb) sub-Section (1) of Section 25 read with sub-Section (2A) of Section 26 of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 has ceased to be a Director on the Board of the Bank on account of his retirement w.e.f. January 31, 2008.
