With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 15, 2008 & March 17, 2008, regarding Private placement of unsecured, non-convertible, subordinated innovative perpetual instrument (Series - I) aggregating to Rs 200 Crore, which was slated to open on March 19, 2008, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur has further informed BSE that the issue has been fully subscribed and hence the private placement offer stand closed on March 19, 2008 with immediate effect. The Bank submit as follows :

1. Opening Date : March 19, 2008
2. Closure Date : March 19, 2008
3. Allotment Date : March 20, 2008.
