State Bank of Travancore has informed BSE that the election of Shri. A Sethumadhavan and Shri. K ThanuPillai under section 25(1)(d) of State bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) act, 1959 for a period of 3 years from February 01, 2008, as shareholders Directors in place of Shri. T Balakrishnan and Shri. K T Rajagapalan, whose tenure expired on January 31, 2008.
