Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 09, 2008, for the following purpose:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2008 and,

2. Recommendation of dividend, if any for the year 2007-2008 and

3. To consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.
