Sterling Biotech Ltd has informed BSE that following Companies are now part of the Promoters Group of the Company with effect from March 27, 2008 as detailed below:

1. Swadeshi Finvest Pvt. Ltd. holds 15,38,000 equity shares (representing 0.67% of Sterling Biotech Equity Capital).

2. Sealord Erections Pvt. Ltd. holds 18,70,000 equity shares (representing 0.81% of Sterling Biotech Equity Capital).

3. Antariksha Capital and Finance (India) Pvt. Ltd. holds 19,00,000 equity shares (representing 0.83% of Sterling Biotech Equity Capital).

With the above Companies now being part of the promoters group shareholding of promoters group stands at 8,32,80,694 equity shares of Rs 1/- each representing 36.29% of equity capital of the Company.
