Sterling International Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that following Company is now part of the Promoters Group of the Company with effect from March 28, 2008 as detailed below:

Eminence Trading Pvt Ltd holds 18,49,590 equity shares (representing 0.99% Equity Capital of the Company).

With the above, promoters group shareholding stands at 10,94,07,340 equity shares of Rs 1/- each representing 58.58% of equity capital of the Company.
