Sterling Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2008, inter alia, has not declared any interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2007-2008. Accordingly fixation of Record Date for interim dividend is now withdrawn and June 18, 2008 will now no longer be treated as a record date for the purpose of payment of interim Dividend.
