Stovec Industries - Updates on Open Offer
Ambit Corporate Finance Pvt Ltd (”Manager to the Offer”) on behalf of Stork Prints Group B V (”Acquirer”) & Stork Prints B V (”Person Acting in Concert” or “PAC”) has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the equity shareholders of Stovec Industries Ltd (”Target Company”), which is in continuation of, & should be read in conjunctions with the Public Announcement (”PA”) dated January 16, 2008.
The shareholders may please note that in terms of Regulation 18(1) of the SEBI Takeover Code, the draft Letter of Offer has been submitted to SEBI on January 30, 2008. SEBI has sought some clarifications which are in the process of being submitted. The original schedule of activity as disclosed in the Public Announcement is delayed & the revised schedule of activity will be announced on receipt of the observations from SEBI in terms of proviso to Regulation 18(2) of the SEBI Takeover code.
Terms used but not defined in this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement shall have the same meaning as assigned in the Public Announcement.
