Strides Arcolab - Grant of Options
Strides Arcolab Ltd has informed BSE that the Remuneration Committee of the Company on March 31, 2008 has granted 6,00,000 options under the Strides Arcolab ESOP 2006 at Rs 133/- per option (exercise price), to few Eligible Employees of the Company. The shares covered by such options are 6,00,000 equity shares.
The vesting period of these options is in a phased manner over a period of four years. The options may be exercised within a period of 30 days from the date of vesting.
